Do I need a subscription?

Not at all! After your first three orders are shopped for free (using promo code “FASTLANE”), you can choose to either pay a “per trip” shop fee or you can subscribe for unlimited orders shopped just for you. Fees for pick up vary by store, see your individual store for details.
*Subscription fees are for shopping fees only. Delivery fees applied separately.

How much are subscriptions?

You can pay monthly for $16.95 or $49 for a full year. There is no minimum order size required.

Do you charge more online than in store?

No! You pay the same prices in store as you do in The Fast Lane. All prices are the same! Even all the benefits of your yes account are applied at check out. Including clubs, rewards, digital coupons and fuel discount coupons!

What can I buy?

Anything and everything you can buy in-store. Browse our weekly ad, shop by department, or use our handy filters to quickly find new, organic, or locally made items. If you’ve placed an order with us before, you can use our reorder feature to quickly restock your old favorites with just a few clicks.

Will ordering a day ahead make my items less fresh?

When you order a day ahead your produce is set aside but kept in the same cooled conditions as the rest of our produce. Our highly trained shoppers will be checking each item to make sure it exceeds our standards when you pick up your order!

Will ordering a day ahead make me less likely to get the items I need?

When you order a day ahead your product is set aside the moment you order, meaning you are first in line for sales, clearance items, and more. Additionally, shoppers will be topping off your orders before you pick them up to make sure you receive every item you order!

Can I trust you to choose the freshest items?

Absolutely. Our trained personal shoppers carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest produce and finest cuts of meats. If you aren’t happy with any item, we will gladly replace it and refund your money. That’s our 200% Freshness Guarantee!

Can I use coupons?

Yes! Clip and use our convenient digital coupons while you shop to help maximize your savings.

What do I do when I arrive to pick up my order?

When you arrive at the time you’ve scheduled, pull into our designated Fast Lane parking spot, call inside, and an associate will deliver your order and load your car for you. That’s all there is to it!

Logging In:

Be sure to log in to the Fast Lane site using your Yes! loyalty account. If you are having trouble logging in call customer support at 844.467.7278.

Available Stores:

Stores with Fast Lane grocery pick up are always being added. Check back often to see if your store is on the list!

Pickup times:

Pickup times and shopping fees will vary by store; see your store’s details when checking out on the Fast Lane website.

Same Day Pickup:

Orders must be placed by 5:30 pm. Once you place your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please call 844.467.7278 if you do not receive this confirmation.

Pickup windows:

There is a limit to the number of orders that are allowed for each pickup time slot. Once a time slot is full, you will no longer be able to select it during checkout.

Subscriptions:

We offer a 30 day subscription for $16.95 and a 1 year subscription for $49.00.

How to gift a subscription to another customer:

Click on the “Subscriptions” link from the Fast Lane main page and select “Gift a subscription”. Follow the details and add the recipient’s email address and a personalized message for them. Submit your payment and a link will be emailed to them with a redemption code. You will also receive an email with the details. They will have 14 days to redeem their code, otherwise a refund will be issued to you. You will also receive a confirmation email when your friend successfully redeems their subscription. *Note: If they already have a current subscription, you will need to wait for it to expire before gifting one to them.

Fast Lane Subscriptions

Fast Lane Subscriptions are online grocery shopping memberships that waive the picking fees for scheduled curbside pickup and/or delivery orders placed through the Fast Lane Online Grocery Shopping service for a monthly or yearly subscription fee, all subject to the type of subscription You select. Orders placed via Fast Lane Subscriptions and fulfillment of orders pursuant to those subscriptions are subject to availability. Service fees, special handling fees, tips, and/or taxes may still apply. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.

You can cancel your Fast Lane Subscription at any time in by calling the Fast Lane customer service team at 1-844-467-7278. You may cancel within the first 15 calendar days of your paid Fast Lane subscription and receive a refund of the Fast Lane Subscription fee you paid, but only if you have not placed any orders using your Fast Lane Subscription. If you cancel at any other time, you will not receive a refund, but you can continue to enjoy waived pick fees for scheduled curbside pickup and delivery orders placed through the Fast Lane Online Grocery Shopping service through the end of your billing period.


Yes! Clubs & Rewards:

You will receive all Yes! Loyalty program benefits that you would receive in store. Your personal shopper will provide you with a receipt so you can track your savings!

Fuel Rewards:

You will earn fuel rewards just like you would shopping in the store. These rewards can be redeemed at any of our Quick Stop locations or participating fuel centers.

Payment:

Credit Card is the only method of payment at this time. We will place a $1 charge to the account which will then be removed. Once your order has been fully shopped, we will finalize the transaction and charge your credit card for the final amount (totals may vary based on weighted items, bottle deposits, etc). We will review the order with you for signoff upon pick up at the store.

Coupons:

We do not accept paper coupons; however any digital coupons you clip while you shop will be taken off your order total just like in the store. If you do not receive a digital coupon please call customer support at 844.467.7278

Tipping:

Our stores are total service markets, which means we should never expect tips and we should not personally ask our customers for a tip. However, if you would like to show our store teams appreciation and offer a tip, this can be done during checkout when submitting your order online or offered to our teams at the time of pickup or delivery via cash.

Product Freshness:

Your personal shopper will shop your order and store it in our dedicated temperature controlled Fast Lane area. Our shoppers are trained to pick the FRESHEST products from every department.

Pricing:

You will receive every sale price that we advertise in the store. The price you pay will be determined on your pick up day. For example, if you are shopping on Saturday for a Sunday pickup, you will pay the price of your basket on Sunday. Prices may vary when selecting different stores. You will be alerted of price changes.

Weighted Items:

For items that are priced by the pound, your shopper will select the items that most closely match the weight you wish to purchase. You will be billed only for the actual amount of product selected. Because of this, your total paid at time of checkout will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total.

Where do I pick up my groceries?

Upon arrival at the store, pull into the Fast Lane pickup parking spaces located near the front of the store. Look for the Fast Lane signs directing you to the location. Once there, call the number on the sign and ask to speak to the Fast Lane to pick up your groceries!

What if the product I order is not available?

During the checkout process we will ask you if you would like to allow for substitutions. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. If an item is out of stock we will make an appropriate substitution if available. We will NEVER charge you more than the original price of the product you selected, that is our promise.

Can I order Alcohol or Tobacco online?

Orders containing alcoholic beverages and tobacco (where sold) will be available for pickup. Prior to handing the customer their order, our employees must check your driver's license to verify age. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of pickup any alcohol products will be removed from the order. Tobacco purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and also have valid proof of age or the tobacco items will be removed from the order.

Who is authorized to pick up my online order?

You or a responsible person must pick up your order at the scheduled pickup time. If your order includes alcohol, you or your designated recipient must be 21 years of age or older.

Do you offer online prescription refills?

We do not offer pharmacy prescription pickups at this time.

What if I need to return a product I received in my order?

Contact customer service by calling 844.467.7278. In many cases, we can offer a credit for your next online order.
